✎ A Day at the Beach; Permai Rainforest Resort

I finally got the chance to destress-ed myself last weekend, I went to one of my favourite place in the world; the beach! Oh the soft white sand,  the smell of the sea, the breeze, the sound of the calming waves~ Oh I finally reunited with the ocean, it's been a while you know. So, time  for photos!

There are three beaches in this resort so we went to the second first. Less local people but loads of tourists. Chen was asked by a mat salleh dude regarding his " bunga terung " tattoo on his front shoulder. Haha.

Them boys : Jason. Jno. Cecen.

Us! :D

There is a jungle pool too people! But I didn't went in, only the boys.

Look at them, having so much fun in the pool.

Jason looks like a fish! Jno with his ducky pouty mouth and Chen with his "SMILEEE!" smile. Haha.

Berjemur lah, konon. LOL.

Selfie! :D

Done with the second beach and the jungle pool, off we went to the first beach and that's where the real fun started!

The main star of the photo was definitely Jno! :D

Them boys with their little sand pond.

A transparent crab?

Because hearts and names are too mainstream!

Muka tahan panas. HAHA.

Lazying around, enjoying the breeze and the sun.

Le legs and le boyfriend.

Sikda motive, just because. LOL.

Happy. :)

Sunset time.

Watching the sunset together.

We went to RH Expert BDC to grabbed dinner , although we were tired and all but our tummy must be filled with loads of foods, first.

Chen ordered Chicken Burger; slices of grilled chicken, grilled onions, mayo and a slice of cheese to topped it off while I ordered the Fish Burger; fried Dory fillet with the usual grilled onion, mayo and cheese. The taste was okay for me, a bit bland and hard to eat because the fillet is too long for a small bun, gotta get your hands dirty but I managed to finished it up! :D

✎ The Conjuring & Gourmet Sausage

Well, on last Sunday Chen, Mooi and I went to watched The Conjuring and it was EPIC. I must say I found similiarities between The Exorcist (1973) and this movie, in terms of make up of course, where Carolyn Perron the mother was possesed by the evil witch Bathsheba, ( but of course The Exorcist's was much more gore-y and terrifying ) and when the intro started, that, I cannot ignore the fact that it does look like The Exorcist intro. (Y) Trivia : the director James Wan was born in Kuching, Sarawak. WOOT!

|| Before the movie started and I definitely looked like a kid || Chen and I ||

OOTD : Floral summer dress by Topshop; Flip Flop by Ipenema; White cardigan by Mango and scarlet red headband by Sereni & Shentel.

My rating for the movie would be 8 out of 10, it was indeed terrifying and one of the best horror movies I ever watched in my entire life but The Exorcist and Evil Dead is definitely still on top of the my horror fest list. You just can't beat old school horror flicks, they're the pioneers. And now, I cant wait to watch Insidious Part 2 this coming September, a sequel from Insidious and directed by James Wan too. Yay!

After the movie, we were so hungry and decided to had an early dinner at his favourite restaurant, Gourmet Sausage.
